Polendo Petroleum of Texas LLC engages exclusively with verified and qualified buyers due
to strict refinery compliance requirements and high-volume allocation demand.

All Buyers must complete onboarding prior to receiving access to product availability, pricing, and transaction procedures.

“Due to high-volume allocation cycles, timely document submission is required to maintain eligibility. Delays may result in missed allocations and removal from the current transaction cycle.”

Onboarding:

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIRED (MANDATORY)

Before onboarding, all prospective buyers must complete a pre-qualification screening.

Only buyers who meet initial qualification criteria will be invited to proceed with paid onboarding and compliance verification. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

This process is designed for buyers with immediate or near-term purchasing capacity. Inquiries without verifiable funding or defined volume requirements will not be considered.

5. All information exchanged is confidential and protected under international trade practices.

6. Any false documentation will result in immediate disqualification.
